I just want to give a big shout out to Jackie the hygienist and all the staff at 2nd Street dental! My appt had to be cancelled due to their new hours, they worked to fit me in. Day of the appt there was a snow storm, an accident on the way there detoured traffic. I kept calling to let them know I was running behind. They worked to keep my appt and did it with a smile. I felt awful for being so late, but I am so thankful they accommodated me with the unforeseen weather delay. I appreciate them so much for making sure I didn’t get cancelled again. Best part is they did it all with a smile, and I genuinely feel like a valued patient and someone they cared about. Thank you Second St. for being a great group of people. Both dentists are top notch and truly take time to understand your concerns but also went above and beyond to provide very detailed explanations. It had been 5 years since my last dental appointment. I went in and they took x-rays did a deep cleaning and layed out a game plan to address the issues needed. The front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable. From start to finish you can expect a seamless experience. I’m very thankful I found them!
