I found everyone to be friendly, professional and accommodated with an evening appointment. Iwould definitely recommend this dental business.
All the stall act in a professional manner. I have never experienced a delay once I arrive for one of my appointments. Everyone is pleasant and provide a explanation of the services being provided.

No issues scheduling appointments. Fantastic experience from check in to finish. Clean office spotless actually, friendly, excellent staff and fun painless cleaning from Jackie. I love Dr Gianna she's very sweet and informative.
I dread going to the dentist, BUT Dr. Paterno, her staff, and the ladies at the front desk, Lauren and Beth make it as pleasant of an experience as it can be. We have a crazy schedule and Lauren and Beth are always pleasant and patient over the phone or in person scheduling appointments. I really do appreciate all of their help. Dr. Paterno is AMAZING. She is a very calm person which helps someone like me feel less panicked about going to the dentist. I needed a lot of dental work done, and Dr. Paterno worked out a plan that made sense. I have always felt comfortable, treated well, and had as good of an experience as one can have at a dentist. My entire family goes to Second Street dental now.
